We have a lovely two bed--two bath Cottage that is available and we are currently taking bookings for all of 2024 and the first half of 2025. Located Right at a 2 1/2 mile long beach. Full kitchen with everything you need, Air conditioned, Free Wifi, Amazon fire stick TV, Ocean Pool at the shore as well as a coral reef only 200 feet from the beach (see the video !!) The regular rates are $250/night for TWO PEOPLE (additional people are $45/pp/pn) ....ask us if we have any discounts available for your stay !

Here’s a summary of the Main Features of the Cottages:
**Elevated to catch the Breeze and View (air conditioned also) with 16' high ceilings throughout.
**FREE Wifi internet and local telephone
**Each Bedroom has a queen sized bed
**Two full baths with walk in showers
**Large fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, dishes etc. and you can drink the purified rainwater !
**Living room with flatscreen TV with Cable and Firestick
**One 14’ x 17’ screened porch with table and six comfy chairs
**Charcoal BBQ Provided
**Outside wash-off showers and footwashers
**Ceiling fans in Every room and on Porches

To book a rental just contact us with the dates you want to reserve and we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total rental. Once we receive your deposit your time is booked. Note: The balance of the rental is due within 90 days of the arrival date. You can pay via wire transfer, direct deposit to our bank account, Zelle or by PayPal. All funds are US$ and you will be responsible for any currency conversion fees if applicable.
Cancellations: We hope this doesn't happen but our policy is that cancellations within 90 days of arrival will result in a forfeited deposit or you can apply it as a credit down the road. HOWEVER, we don't like to do this and will work hard to rent the time you reserved in case you have to cancel. If we are able to rent it, we will refund your deposit in full. Please note that for various reasons we have had cancellations in the past and we have never kept anyone's deposit. We work with our guests as much as we can to make sure that they are happy before, during and after visiting us.
